Please take a moment to review if you qualify to receive a scholarship from the 200 Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties.
The 2020 scholarships are only available to those students who have not already been awarded a 200 Club Scholarship.  If you have received a 200 Club Scholarship in the past, you will not be eligible to receive a scholarship this year.

The following are the steps that you should follow to acquire a 200 Club of Atlantic and Cape May Counties scholarship application form:

1. To apply for scholarship, please click here.
2. Complete all of the requested items in the blanks provided on the official application form. Some items need attachments, so please read the first page that lists all the required attachments before you start.

Other Information:
1. Incomplete applications in our possession by the end of business on the deadline date will not be considered
2. It is the applicant’s responsibility to assure that we have received the complete scholarship application. We will not be responsible for undelivered, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or lost applications
3. You will get a confirmation email of your application within 5 minutes of its submission. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information that you provided, which is included in the email confirmation.
4. If you find an error in your submission, please email the Scholarship Chairman and we will work with you to implement a correction.
5. Always keep a copy of your application and the soft copies of your uploaded documents at your home just in case it gets lost or corrupted in the email and we request a duplicate.

Before starting this application, you must have the following documents, if applicable, already scanned and saved on your hard drive in pdf or doc format ready to be attached to this application:(PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT COMBINE ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS INTO ONE PDF AND THEN USE THE SAME PDF WITH DIFFERENT NAMES FOR EACH ITEM BELOW. COMBINING THE DOCUMENTS WILL DISQUALIFY YOUR APPLICATION) 
1. A list of AP courses taken. If you are a graduating high school senior, a list of the AP Courses taken during your high school years. List the course name, semester and year. If you are currently a college student, a list of the AP Courses taken during your high school years. List the course name, semester and year.
2. A list of the community service events. If you are a graduating high school senior, a list of the community service events in which you had participated during your high school years. If you are currently a college student, a list of the community service events in which you had participated while in college.
3. A list of extracurricular activities. If you are a graduating senior, a list of the extracurricular activities in which you had participated during all of your high school years. If you are currently a college student, a list of the extracurricular activities in which you had participated while in college.
4. A 300-500 word essay stating your academic and career goals. Name the attachment as follows : ES{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. Example: ESSmithJohnQ 
5. A list of the awards or prizes that you have earned. If you are a graduating high school senior, please indicate the award and the date of all awards during your high school years. If you are a college student, please indicate the award and the date of all awards during your college year(s).
6. If you are a graduating high school senior, please attach your most recent original transcript of grades showing all high school grades (Name the attachment as follows:TR{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. Example: TRSmithJohnQ),
7.  If you are a graduating high school senior, please attach your highest SAT results (Name the attachment as follows: SAT{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. E.G.: SATSmithJohnQ)
8.  If you are a graduating high school senior, please know your Class Rank. Class Rank must be included. If your school does not have class rank, have your guidance counselor write a letter and estimate what your rank is and attach that letter too. This is very important.
9. A letter (on official stationery and signed by the Chief or supervising officer) confirming that your parent (or guardian) is/was an active, retired, deceased or disabled member of the agency. The letter must also contain the hire date and, if no longer active with the agency, the date of disability, retirement or death. (Mandatory) Name the attachment as follows:SR{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. E.G.: SRSmithJohnQ 
10. Letters of recommendation (not more than four) scanned into one saved file. Name the attachment as follows: LR{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. E.G.: LRSmithJohnQ 
11. It is your option to attach an essay with your reason if there a special non-financial or financial reason why you should win a scholarship. Please also include if your family has other higher educational costs for any of your siblings. Name the attachment as follows: EC{YourLastNameYourFirstNameYour MiddleInitial}. E.G.: ECSmithJohnQ
